Process
How long does it take to receive an estimate?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. Professional plan subscribers receive estimates in 12-24 hours, and Enterprise customers can get same-day turnaround.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF files up to 100MB. Multi-page documents are fully supported for comprehensive blueprint analysis.
What information is included in an estimate?
Each estimate includes detailed line-item breakdowns, material costs, labor hours and rates, equipment costs, and three pricing tiers (low, medium, high) to give you flexibility when bidding.
Can I request revisions to my estimate?
Yes, if you have questions or need clarifications about your estimate, our team is available to help. Major scope changes may require a new estimate submission.
Pricing & Billing
How much does an estimate cost?
One-time estimates range from $150-$300 depending on the trade. Monthly subscriptions start at $99/month for 5 estimates, offering significant savings for regular users.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do unused estimates roll over?
Unused estimates do not roll over to the next month. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Security & Privacy
Is my blueprint data secure?
Absolutely. All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties.
Who can see my estimates?
Only you and authorized members of your team (for Enterprise accounts) can access your estimates. Our review team has limited access only during the estimation process.
