TitanBid provides AI-powered construction estimating services. Users can upload blueprints and receive detailed cost estimates for various construction trades. Our services include:
- Blueprint analysis and measurement extraction
- Cost estimation for multiple trades
- Three-tier pricing breakdowns
- Estimate management dashboard
- PDF export and reporting
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Payment Terms
One-Time Estimates: Payment is required before estimate processing begins. Prices vary by trade type and are displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion if we fail to deliver an estimate within the promised timeframe or if there are significant accuracy issues.
5. Estimate Accuracy
While we strive for high accuracy in our estimates, they are provided for informational purposes and should be verified before use in actual bids. TitanBid is not responsible for:
- Variations in actual project costs
- Changes in material or labor prices after estimate delivery
- Errors resulting from unclear or incomplete blueprints
- Local code requirements not reflected in provided documents
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all blueprints and documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content for estimate generation.
Our Content: TitanBid and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including software, designs, and methodologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to reverse engineer our technology
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Resell or redistribute our estimates without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITANBID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
